We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders received will ship within 1-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. (custom orders will take longer). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays except by prior arrangement. If you need express handling we can provide it for additional fee. All our items are professionally packed for safe domestic and international deliveries.  Our delivery time is around 5-17 business days. We will be able to track a package only when the delivery time frame has passed.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Curly Fur Imports or other parties only as an estimate. Once the order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping company. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will be happy to help you to resolve it. Some of our products may be shipped to our customers directly from our manufacturer overseas via standard international air mail or international express mail.

Damaged Item:

If an item ordered arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and make a claim by emailing us at info@curlyfurimports.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible if we are not informed within this time.

Any refused, returned, or non deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service will incur a 25% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost.

Warranty:

Here at Curly Fur Imports, quality is our top priority. If it appears that a product of ours is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service department, and one of our agents will be able to direct you on how to exchange the product. Once we received the damaged item, our Quality and Inspection team will examine the item carefully. If the defect is not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will replace a substitute of comparable value.
