When your order is received, it will typically ship within 1-5 business days, assuming the selected product is in stock (custom orders may require additional time). Please note that we do not process or ship orders during weekends or holidays unless a prior arrangement has been made. For those seeking express handling, this service can be provided for an additional fee. Rest assured, all items are meticulously and professionally packed to ensure secure delivery, whether domestic or international.

Our estimated delivery time spans approximately 5-17 business days. Package tracking becomes available once this delivery window has passed. Please consider any shipping or transit times provided by Curly Fur Imports® or other parties as estimates. Once your order ships, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery falls to the shipping company. If any issues arise with the shipment, our team is ready to assist in resolving them.

Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, kindly retain the original packaging and initiate a claim by emailing us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility if we are not informed within this timeframe.

Any shipments that are refused, returned, or undeliverable and subsequently returned by the shipping service will incur a 25% restocking fee, in addition to the original and return shipping costs.


Quality is our paramount concern at Curly Fur Imports®. If you suspect that a product of ours is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please reach out to our Customer Service department, where our agents will guide you on the product exchange process. Once we receive the damaged item, our Quality and Inspection team will carefully assess it. If the defect is not attributable to misuse or activities outside the intended purpose, we will provide a replacement. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will substitute it with a comparable item of value.

Return and Exchange Policy:

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand that exceptions may arise. For this reason, you have the option to return items for any reason within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. All items that are deemed unsuitable or unsatisfactory may be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit, except in cases of our shipping error, where shipping charges are not refundable. Please ensure that return items are shipped in a manner that safeguards the product during transit. For errors on our part (such as incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that custom items may typically not be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt, in which case they may be returned for exchange. In most cases, refunds are not available for custom items.

For large rugs or blankets, a dry cleaning fee may apply, and we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Refund Processing Time:

Expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks after the return is sent, although you may receive it more promptly in many cases. This time frame encompasses the transit period for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receiving the return (1 to 3 business days), and your bank's processing time to complete the refund (5 to 10 business days).

Typographical Errors:

In the event of an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product details from our suppliers, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for the product listed at the incorrect price. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, a credit for the amount of the charge will be promptly issued to your credit card account.

To expedite exchanges, we offer a fast exchange option. When you contact us, we will promptly place an order for your new item. You will be charged for the purchase price of the new item, and once we receive your return, you will be credited the cost of the original item.
