We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders received will ship within 1-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. (custom orders will take longer). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays except by prior arrangement. If you need express handling we can provide it for additional fee. All our items are professionally packed for safe domestic and international deliveries. Our delivery time is around 5-17 business days. We will be able to track a package only when the delivery time frame has passed. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Curly Fur Imports or other parties only as an estimate. Once the order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping company. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will be happy to help you to resolve it. Some of our products may be shipped to our customers directly from our manufacturer overseas via standard international air mail or international express mail.
If an item ordered arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and make a claim by emailing us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible if we are not informed within this time.
Any refused, returned, or non deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service will incur a 25% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost.
Here at Curly Fur Imports, quality is our top priority. If it appears that a product of ours is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service department, and one of our agents will be able to direct you on how to exchange the product. Once we received the damaged item, our Quality and Inspection team will examine the item carefully. If the defect is not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will replace a substitute of comparable value.
We're confident that you'll be pleased with your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return item(s) for any reason within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain return instructions. All unsuitable and unsatisfactory items can be returned for an exchange, a refund or store credit. Unless due to our shipping error, shipping charges are not refundable. All return items must be shipped in a manner which will not damage the product during shipment. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Custom items may not be returned unless damaged or defective upon receipt, in which case they may be returned for exchange. In most cases refunds are not available for custom items.
Large rugs or blankets are subject to a dry cleaning fee. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Refund Processing Time:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
