Our Return & Exchange Policy 

At CurlyFur®, we have full confidence that you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, rest assured that you can return item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate the return process, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive return instructions.

You have the flexibility to return unsuitable or unsatisfactory items for an exchange, a refund, or store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our shipping error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, in which we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please be aware that custom items can generally only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

For large rugs or blankets, there may be a dry cleaning fee applicable. Special orders (items that are custom ordered and aren't in stock) can't be canceled or changed more than 24 hours after placing the initial order. All furniture returns must occur within 7 days of delivery and will occur a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be in new condition, free of any damage and stains.

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Refund Processing Time:

Once you've handed your return package to the shipper, you can expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks. In many instances, the refund may process even faster. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receiving the return (typically 1 to 3 business days), and the time your bank takes to process the refund request (usually 5 to 10 business days).

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous information due to a typographical error or inaccuracies in pricing or product details received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. This applies whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

Speedy Exchange:

For your convenience, we provide a swift exchange option: as soon as you contact us, we will place an order for your new item without delay. You'll be charged the purchase price of the new item upfront. Upon receiving your return, you will be credited the cost of the original item.
