Our Return & Exchange Policy 

At CurlyFur®, we have full confidence that you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain return instructions. Please note that all return items must be received by us before a refund, exchange, or store credit can be issued.

You have the flexibility to return unsuitable or unsatisfactory items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). In those instances, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Custom items may only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

For large rugs or blankets, a dry-cleaning fee may apply. Special orders (custom-ordered items not kept in stock) cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after the order is placed.
All furniture returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned furniture must be in new condition, free of damage, stains, or signs of use.

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return package has been handed to the shipper, refunds are typically processed within approximately four weeks, though many are completed sooner. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)

  • Processing time once received (1–3 business days)

  • Bank processing time (5–10 business days)

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical error or supplier data issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your order is canceled after payment, a full credit will be issued promptly to your original payment method.


Speedy Exchange

For your convenience, we offer a speedy exchange option. Once you contact us, we will place an order for your replacement item right away. The new item will be charged upfront. Once your original item is received, the cost of the returned item will be credited back to you.
