Welcome to Curly Fur Imports. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products, Colour Accuracy & Natural Variation

We make every effort to accurately represent the colours and appearance of our products on our website. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and display calibration. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen will exactly match the actual product.

Genuine Mongolian/Tibetan lamb fur and sheepskin are natural materials. Variations in curl pattern, texture, density, fur length, sheen, and shade are normal and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

Colours may also vary slightly between dye lots and production batches, including custom-dyed colours. These natural and production variations are expected characteristics of genuine fur and do not necessarily constitute defects.

For projects requiring precise colour matching, we strongly recommend ordering physical fur samples before placing a large or custom order. While samples provide the most reliable colour reference, slight variations between samples and finished products may still occur.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical error or supplier data issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed; if your order is cancelled after payment, a full credit will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or billing contact information provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Trade Orders

Custom, cut-to-size, colour-matched, made-to-measure, reupholstery, furniture and other made-to-order work is produced specifically for you and is final sale, as described in our Return Policy. Lead times quoted for custom work are estimates. Trade Program pricing and terms apply only to approved trade accounts and to the orders we designate as trade or wholesale orders.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, damaged shipments and international duties are governed by our Shipping Policy; returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, and for keeping the information in your account accurate and up to date.

Intellectual Property

The Curly Fur Imports name, the CurlyFur® mark, our logo, and all content on this website — including text, photographs, product designs and graphics — are the property of Curly Fur Imports or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
