We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with www.curlyfurimports.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.curlyfurimports.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders received will ship within 5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. (custom orders will take longer). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays except by prior arrangement. If you need express handling we can provide it for addtional fee. All our items are professionally packed for safe domestic and international deliveries.  Our delivery time is around 15-17 business days. We will be able to track a package only when the delivery time frame has passed.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Curly Fur Imports or other parties only as an estimate. Once the order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping company. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will be happy to help you to resolve it. Most of our products are shipped to our customers directly from our manufacturer overseas via standard international air mail or international express mail.

Damaged Item:

If an item ordred arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and make a claim by emailing us at Team@curlyfur.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible if we are not informed within this time.

Any refused, returned, or non deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service will incur a 25% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost.

Extended Holiday Returns:

Gift purchases made between November 1, 2010, and December 24, 2010, qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products may be returned through January 31, 2011. Custom items may not be returned. 

Return Policy:

You may return any item(s) for any reason within 3 days of delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of receipt of your order to obtain return instructions. All unsuitable and unsatisfactory items can be returned for an exchange, a refund or store credit (a restocking fee of 10% will apply). Unless due to our shipping error, shipping charges are not refundable. All return items must be shipped in a manner which will not damage the product during shipment.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Custom items may not be returned unless damaged or defective upon receipt, in which case they may be returned for exchange. Some of the custom items can be returned with a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. In most cases refunds are not available for custom items. Large rugs or blankets are subject to a dry cleaning fee. We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items. 

Refund Processing Time:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
